This repaired/upgraded taxi seat is far more climatically appropriate
than the standard fabric seats that tend to become damp with the
inaugural monsoon downpour and stay that way for the next four months.
Attention was paid to detail (and part scarcity), as the blue plastic
was custom-cut and fitted for the pre-existing frame of the seat,
which has been left in place along with the (still functional)
headrest and leg-space adjustment bar.
