Sponge shop


A vendor selling “sanding sponges” in an informal market in Amman.  Looking at this arrangement – the crate, the wooden platform, the cardboard box with the printed sign taped to it, the sponges themselves – could anything be taken away from this business and still have it operate? For you, consider what the “minimum viable” version of something truly means, and whether you’ve ever actually seen it.
